[Netarchivesuite-users] Legacy ARC files

Hi all

I've got a new single machine installation of Netarchive 3.12, set up
exactly as laid out in the quickstart manual

The national library has arc files that were harvested using an old
version of fedora that was held on a machine that no longer exists.   

Can someone what is the best way to get old arc files into a new
installation of Netarchive?
