[Netarchivesuite-devel] Disabling Harvest Channels -> Mapping GUI as it isn't finished

The current Channels -> Mapping GUI is currently just a copy of the HarvestDefinition GUI, and does't provide any HarvestChannel functionality. Therefore it's only contribution to the GUI will be to confuse the user, so I'm disabling it.

The result is that there will be no GUI support for defining channel <-> harvestdefinition mappings.

Created NAS-2285 Create GUI for administration havestchannel <-> harvestdefinition mappings<https://sbforge.org/jira/browse/NAS-2285>  for this.
