[Netarchivesuite-devel] Deployer does not handle encoding properly

Hi Søren,

So that would be one option for the input file encoding (or system
default if not present), and then an output encoding per deployMachine
(defaults to UTF-8 if not present).

I'll check back with Sara, I think I can have it ready by tomorrow
morning in time for codefreeze. Otherwise it will be postponed to the
next release.
