[Netarchivesuite-curator] Update from ONB

Dear all,

 
·         At first a personal announcement: I have changed position within the library and since July 1st I am head of the Digital Library. My post will not be replaced at the webarchive. At the moment I am not sure what my NAS contribution will look like in the future. We will work on a new concept and allocation of tasks. I (and of course Andreas) will still be your contact for webarchiving.

·         Crawl about presidential elections is still ongoing, the repetition of the election will take place in October.
