[Netarchivesuite-announce] Release of stable version 3.4.0

We are happy to announce the next stable release of the NetarchiveSuite
software.

This release brings lots of small improvements, including
 - support for TLDs with two parts (like .co.uk)
 - better integration with Heritrix
 - index speed improvements
 - various UI conveniences
and lots of small features and bugs.
