<p>It happens at our site when our physical platform under the virtual needs cpu or can't reserve and lock the number of cpu's for the virtual platform. We have descreased the number of cpu's on the virtual platform from 6 to 3 and increased RAM and enforced
that our platform have 1. prio to the physical cpu's.</p>
<p>You can't see the cpy latency peeks in the virtual OS.</p>
