[Netarchivesuite-users] Strange behavior(?): a submitted job never started

Found answer to (2) in the source code: Restart the HarvestJobManagerApplication process on the admin server. It found the remaining submitted job an resubmitted it. Problem solved.

But I'm still curious about (1). Has that happened to you?

Hello!

Our first pass with NAS 7.6 went well except for one strange detail: one of the 283 generated jobs is still in job status SUBMITTED.


1)      How can that happen? Jobs before and after it were started as expected.

2)      What can I do?

If I ignore it the GUI does not show an end date (as there are NEW, STARTED or SUBMITTED jobs left).
Should I change the status in the database to FAILED? Will I then be able to resubmit it?
