[Netarchivesuite-users] New NetarchiveSuite development release: 3.11.0

Hi all.
A new NetarchiveSuite development release (3.11.0) has been released.

This seems like only a minor update from 3.10.0.

However a lot of work has been done on improving the bitpreservation infrastructure.
This work will hopely be finalized before the next  stable release.
