With the release of 3.6.0, code freeze is now at an end.

Developers are now again free to commit to the SVN repository.

The development of the next version starts immediately, focusing mainly
on bugs and minor feature requests, but also on improving the available
information, and on preparing some community outreach activities. More
in this later.
