Does the HarvestJobManager log show a HIGHPRIORITY (casing matters) channel HarvestController registrering at any time, perhaps the registration is just after the relevant job is scheduled. You can try to restart the HIGHPRIORITY HarvestControllers to force reregistration.


restarting in that case worked for me.
