We now have codefreeze for NetarchiveSuite release 4.2.0.
Some minor changes could possibly be included after the codefreeze (due to people on vacation), but we should keep it to a minimum.

Always allowed during codefreze is
- fixing or improving unittests
- improving internationalization
- fixing bugs found during the releastest.
