[Netarchivesuite-devel] Release of development release 3.21.0 of NetarchiveSuite with WARC support

Hi all.
Development release 3.21.0 of NetarchiveSuite is now released.

The major highlight in this release is support of warc as the archiveformat used by Heritrix. Netarchivesuite now supports both ARC and WARC.
