[Netarchivesuite-devel] How to run Netarchivesuite 3.21 in total warc-mode

Hi all.
The NAS releasenotes for dev release 3.21 should now explain how to run Netarchivesuite 3.21 in total WARC mode (i.e. Heritrix writes to WARC, and the NAS metadata is written in WARC).
