[Netarchivesuite-devel] Guarded logging in NetarchiveSuite (now part of NAS codestyle)

Hi  all.
Have we added "guarded logging" to the NetarchiveSuite codestyle?
I notice that you Mikis and Nicolas have begun using it in our code.

And is it really necessary?
