[Netarchivesuite-devel] Can't create a selective harvest

I believe the problem comes from JS files being included at the wrong time.
I'm no javascript expert, but from my experience it is recommended to load
any external JS file in the page header, and that's not the case here
because the scripts.jsp create localized JS functions ... Not sure how to
fix this.
