Hi all.

We have a codefreeze for production release 3.16.0

Non-critical updates are now forbidden to the trunk.

Exceptions to this rule are updates of language files, and test-code

Only updates solving critical problems (P5 problems) are allowed during 
codefreeze and the coming releasetest phase.

The svn revision to be release tested is 1876.
