I have updated the system manual with the new tables http://netarchive.dk/suite/System%20Design%203.14/Database#preview.

Do you have other changes to the manuals regarding BNF new features....
 e.g.

System design Manual
2.12.8. HeritrixController
? PostgreSQL

Configuration Manual
0.2.3.2. Harvester part
0.3.9. Configure Heritrix process
? PostgreSQL

Any hints for what should be added to the releasenotes and upgrade notes?
