[Netarchivesuite-devel] Codefreeze has ended, finally!

Hi all NAS-coders out there.
The codefreeze on the NAS-trunk has now finally been lifted.
The releasenotes are still lacking, and thus the announcement for the stable release 3.14.0 will
come after I have finished them.
