Patch 3.14.1:
As discussed on the tele-conference SB/KB considered to create a patch version 3.14.1. in December 2010  to fix bug 2059.
After Mikis and Soeren has discussed a possible fix for bug 2059 we have decided NOT to create a patch version 3.14.1 due to

-          The probability for getting an OOM when starting the next snap-shot harvest is estimated to be relatively small as the current implementation of FR 1774 is disabled.

-          There is no easy way to avoid memory leak in the current implementation of 1774. It's in fact a major task.

Therefore bug 2059 has been downgraded from priority 5 to priority 3.
