It is a developer releasetest and is not STABLE.

Reviews of Manuals are postponed to next iteration.

Codefreeze is now in effect for development release 3.13.0 of NetarchiveSuite.
Accordingly, the main releasetest can now start testing on revision 1434 of the trunk.
