[Netarchivesuite-devel] Codefreeze for development release 3.9.1

Hi all,

The code is now frozen for development release 3.9.1.

3.9.1 marks a very important milestone for the NetarchiveSuite software,
since it will be the first release with large contributions from other
organizations than the two original Danish institutions.

More details and release notes will be available with the final release
soon.

Developers, please remember that nothing is now allowed to be committed
to the code, before the release test has finished and the code released,
unless a bug is found, that is deemed "must fix" by the QA.

Note that this will be a development release, so testing will not be as
thorough as we do for production releases. The next production release
is planned for early November.
