Yes, Colin - there was some old processes -  I have killed the processes using taskkill /F /PID ????, started all bitapps
 and now all 3 bitapps from kb-test-bar-011 are visible in TEST2 system overview

The bug is closed.

The bitarchive logs show a port already in use error so there must be 
some old ba
processes that have not been properly shut down.
