[Netarchivesuite-devel] Removing a file from BitArchives

Note: RemoveAndGetFile does _not_ remove the actual file, it moves it to
an attic directory.
With what you want to do, I would imaging it would be better to extend
the LocalArcRepositoryClient, rather than using the full replicated,
distributed system.
