Hi Kåre,

Thank you for your answer. I managed to have my LocalArcRepositoryClient 
up and running yesterday after some configuration tinkering :)

I have checked that removing ARC files (except metadata ARC that are 
required for the QA part) from the local folder works. I think this 
solution fits our needs, and since it does not require development time, 
it's another advantage.
