[Netarchivesuite-devel] Bug tracker update

Hi all.

A major bug/feature request tracker cleanup has happened, and I
apologise if I have inadvertently inconvenienced anyone.

For my convenience, for the rest of this mail, "bug" means "bug or
feature request" :-)

Most bugs were in priority 3, simply because noone had changed the
defaults. They have now been mass updated to priority 2. Some should
probably be priority 3, component owners: Please review your bugs to see
if any should be changed back to 3.

Furthermore, the bugs now in priority 4 and 3 are consistent with the
view of the NetarchiveSuite operation manager (Claus), and me as QA - at
least from a very quick view through the code. I feel certain we could
find a few more priority 3 bugs, if we had the time to go through the
bugs in more detail.

So please: if more bugs should be updated to priority 3, do not hesitate
to ask to have them raised, or simply raise them in the tracker.
