[Netarchivesuite-curator] BnF NAS update for November

[auriane.quoix at bnf.fr]

Dear all,

The preparations for our 2026 broad crawl are coming to an end. We have
launched a second test crawl following corrections on NAS/Heritrix. We are
currently assessing the number of error codes encountered during the crawl
and we will estimate the expected duration and data volume before
launching the crawl into production.

We have taken steps to subscribe to the cloud version of Browsertrix,
because we need to archive promptly social media content for the upcoming
French presidential election harvest. The process is currently underway.
We have also developed a short-, medium-, and long-term work scheduled to
integrate this tool into our production workflows.

Best regards,

The BnF digital legal deposit team
