[Netarchivesuite-curator] Update from ONB

Dear all,

 
Just a brief update from ONB:

 
Our IT department has decided to switch to virtual servers. Therefore, we are currently testing a NAS Installation in the new virtual environment on their behalf. We are using NAS Version 3.18.3. After these tests we will start to crawl all academic and government websites.
