[Netarchivesuite-announce] NetarchiveSuite development rekease 3.9.1

Hi all,

We are happy to announce NetarchiveSuite 3.9.1 is available for
download.

This is a great release for NetarchiveSuite, because so much of the code
has been done by new partners in the project! Thank you very much, and
welcome to the national libraries in France and Austria for their great
contributions!

This release contains a huge bunch of bugfixes, and also some new
features, including:
 * Limiting harvests by object numbers (thanks to BNF)
 * Functional MySQL (thanks to BNF)
 * Better inclusion of harvest reports (thanks to BNF)
 * Optional plugin for calculating free bytes in a different way (thanks
to ONB)
 * Listing seeds for a harvest definition (thanks to ONB)
 * Deduplication can now be turned completely off
 * Some implementation of integration with wayback
 * Start of support for better bit preservation

Note that this is a development release, and is not tested to be of
production quality.
