[Netarchivesuite-announce] NetarchiveSuite 3.10.0 is here

Hi all.

We are happy to announce NetarchiveSuite 3.10.0 is available.

This is a great release for NetarchiveSuite, because so much of the code
has been done by new partners in the project! Thank you very much, and
welcome to the national libraries in France and Austria for their great
contributions! 

The release provides a number of features and bugfixes. For more info,

On a personal note, this marks the end of my involvement in the project
- at least for the time being. It's been great being a part of this
project, following it from it's infancy, and I will miss working on it.
Although there is much more I would like to do with NetarchiveSuite, I'm
quite proud at what we have achieved with the project so far, and I wish
the project the best of luck in the future. Thanks to everyone I've
worked with in this project!
