Hello all,

I have just rolled the NetarchiveSuite development release 3.7.0.

Please note this is a development release, and not expected to be of
production quality.

Important new features are:
 * Access to Heritrix harvest logs and files from user interface
 * Update of the settings system, to make it more flexible for
deployments
 * Better tool to submit batch jobs on the archive

And as usual lots of minor fixes.
