[Netarchivesuite-announce] Release of deveopment release 3.5.0

Hi all,

The NetarchiveSuite has finished testing a development release of
NetarchiveSuite with the version number 3.5.0. Please note, that this
release is not tested to be of production quality. It is released for
testing purposes only.

However, this release marks some important work on security, stability,
performance, and reliability.

Important points:
 * Greater stability in the connection to the JMS server
 * Security policy supported, limiting possible damage done by external 
   code.
 * Support for submitting third-party batch jobs without recompiling.
   This is an exciting feature for researchers wanting to do analysis
   on the archive.
 * The Heritrix order templates have been updated to use DecidingScope.
   While this makes no difference to the end user, speed improvements
   are expected, and greater flexibility when writing order.xml 
   templates is possible.
 * The bitpreservation actions have been simplified, and we are 
   preparing for improved bit preservation procedures, including
   automatic scheduling of bit integrity checks.
 * Monitoring of applications registers automatically. No more
   writing a list of expected running applications to a settings
   file.
