Hello all.

We have released a bugfix release to NetarchiveSuite, due to a threading
issue that corrupted indexes that were generated simultaneously.

The bug happened if you requested generation of two viewerproxy indexes
simultaneously (by choosing to browse jobs), or if the harvesters
generated indexes for use in deduplication of URLs simultaneously, or a
combination of the two. The result of the bug was corrupt indexes, where
URLs were missing from the index, and warnings were generated in the log
from the IndexServerApplication.

The new release fixes the issue. It has version number 3.2.3.

The release is available for download on http://netarchive.dk/suite
where more detailed release notes are also available.

Questions and comments are more than welcome on the mailing list

Furthermore, we have released a development release, version 3.3.1.
Please note this is a development release, and is not tested to be of
production quality, it is meant for evaluation only. However, it has one
particularly interesting feature that interested parties may wish to
test, since it supports domain grouping in greater granularity than
country top-level-domains. Thus domains can now be grouped as is common
practice in Great Britain by two-part pseudo-TLDs like ".co.uk". Again,
please see release notes for more details.

This release too is available for download from
http://netarchive.dk/suite and questions and comments are again welcome
on netarchivesuite-users at lists.gforge.statsbiblioteket.dk

Best wishes,
  Kåre Fiedler Christiansen
